In human intestinal and immune cell studies, research shows KPV is transported into intestinal cells and inhibits NF-kB signaling, a central pathway involved in turning inflammatory gene activity on.4 It does that by interfering with the machinery that carries that signal into the cell nucleus.5 BPC-157 and TB-500 bring separate research around blood-supply signaling and the movement of cells involved in tissue repair.123
