What It Is

Healing is not only about closing the injury.

The body can finish the obvious part of healing and still leave behind tissue that does not behave like what it replaced. Scar quality, collagen organization, blood supply, inflammatory signaling, and cell movement all shape what happens after an injury has technically closed.

This combination approaches that second phase from four different directions.

GHK-Cu carries copper, and your body releases it from SPARC as the scaffolding between cells is being rebuilt.1 In fibroblast cultures, research shows the copper complex increases the amount of collagen each repair cell produces rather than simply making more cells,2 and shifts gene activity in human connective tissue toward the pattern of healthier tissue.3 BPC-157, KPV, and TB-500 add research around blood-vessel formation, inflammatory signaling, and the movement of cells involved in repair.4567

That is the reason for the four-part design. Not one molecule asked to do everything, but several parts of the repair environment addressed in the same prescription.

The four components divide into two biological layers. BPC-157 and TB-500 sit in recovery research, while GHK-Cu and KPV add connective-tissue and inflammatory-signaling research.

Who It's For

For when the injury is over, but the tissue still tells the story.

01

Healed, But Different

The injury closed. The pain may even be mostly gone. What remains is tissue that feels tighter, weaker, or less cooperative than what was there before.

02

The Recovery That Changed With Age

The injury you once shrugged off now asks for a real plan. You are less interested in pretending recovery works the same at fifty as it did at thirty.

03

Scar Tissue Became the Limiter

The procedure succeeded and the scar did what scars are supposed to do. Now the quality and behavior of the tissue around it are what matter.

Compounded BPC-157 / GHK-Cu / KPV / TB-500 is not an FDA-approved drug product. Whether it is appropriate for you is determined by a licensed provider from your full Assessment.

This might not be the right fit if:
  • Active or suspected malignancy, or a history of cancer without oncology clearance
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding
  • Known hypersensitivity to any component of the preparation
  • Under 18
  • Wilson disease or any other disorder of copper handling
  • An active infection that has not been treated
  • Competing in a tested sport, unless you have confirmed the position with your governing body

Your intake screens for all contraindications. Every candidate is evaluated by a licensed clinician before any prescription is issued. No prescription is issued without clearance.

Important Safety Information

Do not use if you have

  • Wilson disease or any other disorder of copper handling
  • Active or suspected malignancy
  • An untreated active infection

Serious risks

  • GHK-Cu delivers copper, and copper accumulates
  • BPC-157 acts on blood vessel formation
  • Thymosin beta-4 has been shown in laboratory work to push colon cancer cells toward the mobile, invasive state that precedes spread8
  • KPV turns down part of the inflammatory response, so it is not started during an untreated active infection
  • BPC-157 and TB-500 are prohibited at all times by the World Anti-Doping Agency, in and out of competition

Commonly reported

  • Mostly local: soreness, redness or swelling where you inject

Three things drive the screening. Any history of cancer is screened carefully, and your provider will want to know about copper you already take. Human safety data is limited, which is the reason this sits with a clinician rather than in a shopping cart. If you are a tested athlete, say so at intake.

Questions

Asked and answered.

You are not charged, and you are not left guessing. Your clinician explains the reasoning and, where it helps, what a better path might look like. Reviews are typically completed in under 24 hours.

The formula is built around two research stories. BPC-157 and TB-500 sit in the recovery conversation, while GHK-Cu and KPV add tissue-quality and inflammation research. Each component carries a different evidence base, and no controlled human trial has established the four-peptide combination as a finished treatment.

In July 2026 an FDA advisory committee voted to recommend three of the four compounds in this preparation for pharmacy compounding. That recommendation is advisory and the agency has not yet acted on it. No compounded medication is FDA-approved, including this one. Compounded medicines are made to your individual prescription by a licensed pharmacy rather than manufactured and approved as a finished drug product.

A four-component product makes medical accountability more important, not less. Here, a licensed provider decides whether the combination belongs in your care, and a licensed US pharmacy compounds it to your prescription. The FDA has found products sold as research chemicals under false labels, some naming compounding pharmacies that do not exist, and warns they “can pose risks of serious harm” by bypassing the body’s defenses.F4 Testing has found wide variation in purity and in how much of the compound is actually in the vial. If something this biologically complicated is going into your body, the prescription, pharmacy, and clinician around it are not administrative details. They are part of the product.
